A woman claims she was force-fed abortion pills that she did not want after a doctor (presumably the father of her baby) got the pills using his wife’s identity – all because of Joe Biden’s abhorrent telehealth mifepristone policy.

An Ohio woman says she was held down and force-fed abortion pills she did not want to take after a doctor allegedly obtained them using his estranged wife’s identity.
Sen. Bernie Moreno is now asking DOJ to review the case and consider whether federal charges are warranted after the doctor received six months in jail.
Moreno also wants the Biden-era FDA policy allowing mifepristone to be prescribed remotely and sent by mail rolled back.
The policy at the center of this case: a 2023 Biden FDA change that allowed mifepristone — an oral drug used to induce abortion — to be prescribed via telehealth and shipped through the mail. No in-person pharmacy visit required.
Moreno argues that’s exactly what allowed Abbas to falsify his identity and obtain the drugs without detection. “Without ever setting foot inside a pharmacy, Mr. Abbas procured the mail-order abortion drugs fraudulently using his estranged wife’s name,” the senator wrote.
Moreno is also pressing AG Blanche to move quickly on Louisiana v. FDA, a case challenging the Biden-era rule. Louisiana argues the policy change violated the Administrative Procedure Act. The federal government and drug manufacturers counter that Louisiana lacks standing.
The senator wants the in-person dispensing requirement reinstated while the FDA continues its safety review of mifepristone.
On the sentencing, Moreno didn’t hold back: “What makes this even worse is that Mr. Hassan Abbas was only sentenced to six months of jail time and two years of probation. How can someone commit a crime so vile and only receive six months of jail time?”
He’s formally requesting the DOJ review the case and consider whether federal charges should be brought.

I’m with Bernie. How does someone only get six months in jail for this? Dude should be in jail for at least ten years, if not much longer. I hope this doctor is prosecuted by Blanche.
