Six House Republicans voted with Democrats yesterday to advance legislation to extend Joe Biden’s Temporary Protected Status for Haitian illegals who came across the border during Biden’s term.
A final vote will happen today and it will likely pass if these six Republicans continue to side with Democrats.
Here’s more from Bill Melugin:
I think this is all effectively moot because I just don’t see President Trump signing this bill, were it to also pass the Senate. But the fact that these six Republicans would do this just shows how milktoast they truly are on immigration.
And notice that four out of the six are from liberal states, which is to be expected. But two are from the free state of Florida. What’s going on down there???
Lastly, this isn’t about these Haitians being ‘hard working tax-payers’ and what not. It’s about them coming over here illegally in the first place. I remember the photos from several years ago of all these Haitains standing under a bridge on the southern border. They came over en masse, which tells me it was all coordinated to begin with, probably by Joe Biden NGOs. This is why their TPS should be ended and they be deported.
