Consolidated revenue totalled €207 million (~$232.39 million, as per conversion rate of $1 = €0.8908 as on October 21, 2026) in the three months ended September 30, 2026, down 6.2 per cent year on year (YoY) at current exchange rates and 3.5 per cent at constant exchange rates.
Ferragamo’s Q3 DTC sales were flat at constant exchange rates and up 2.3 per cent reported, supported by full-price retail, while total revenue fell 6.2 per cent to €207 million (~$232.39 million).
North America grew 2.3 per cent and Central and South America 10.1 per cent, partly offsetting softer Asia-Pacific, Japan and EMEA demand.
Wholesale sales fell 24.2 per cent as Ferragamo refined distribution.
DTC net sales were flat at constant exchange rates and increased 2.3 per cent at current exchange rates, while wholesale sales declined 24.2 per cent at current exchange rates and 19.1 per cent at constant exchange rates, the company said in a press release.
North America offsets softer Asian demand
North American net sales increased 2.3 per cent at current exchange rates and 2.4 per cent at constant exchange rates in the quarter, driven by mid-single-digit growth in the DTC channel. Central and South American sales rose 10.1 per cent at current exchange rates, or 0.7 per cent at constant exchange rates.
In Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), net sales declined 7.8 per cent at current exchange rates and 5.2 per cent at constant exchange rates, as positive mid-single-digit DTC growth was more than offset by a double-digit wholesale decline. Asia-Pacific sales fell 5.2 per cent at current exchange rates and 11.1 per cent at constant exchange rates, primarily reflecting weaker wholesale trading, while Japanese sales decreased 9.8 per cent and 5 per cent respectively.
The company said it would continue to pursue selective distribution through its DTC network and strategic key accounts to protect brand equity. The group added that progress in product offering, brand communication, clienteling and retail execution was gradually strengthening underlying trends, despite persistent macroeconomic and geopolitical uncertainty.
