Republicans finally picked a speaker of the House, and everyone’s just thrilled — well, at least Kevin McCarthy, who’s no longer trapped in a never-ending hell loop where he keeps losing the speaker. The rest of us are just glad we can now move on to the next Republican dysfunction.
