Quirky yet gruesome police procedural Bones had, some might say, more than its fair share of Toyota product placement. The characters were constantly driving around in the manufacturer’s wonderful sedans, singing the praises of all of the special features included in the latest model. Prius in particular — one scene during an investigation has title character Bones Brennan basically reading out ad copy for the car’s “intelligent parking assist” capabilities as she takes her hands off the wheel and the car smoothly slides itself into a parallel parking spot. “Wow!
