Yesterday both Minnesota and Illinois filed a lawsuit against DHS, calling on the courts to force federal immigration enforcement (ICE) out of their cities and states. It’s preposterous on its face.
CNN’s Senior legal analyst agrees, calling their lawsuits coordinated political diatribes and explaining why they don’t have a chance of being successful.

Do the people of Minnesota really want to live in a community in which there are thousands of already convicted murderers, drug dealers and addicts, rapists, violent released and escaped prisoners, dangerous people from foreign mental institutions and insane asylums, and other deadly criminals too dangerous to even mention.
