A Biden-appointed federal judge, Katherine Menendez, has just refused an emergency request by the state of Minnesota to stop ICE’s deportation campaign in their state called Operation Metro Surge.
She denied their request on the basis that the state has not met their burden to convince the court to end the Tenth Amendment law enforcement action.

I know, shocking. I’m sure they’ll appeal it, but this is a big ask and I believe, even if they were to win in the appellate court, the Supreme Court would stay such a ruling because it would be blatantly unconstitutional.
