London-based brand Ahluwalia has partnered with Brand New Vision (BNV) to launch the brand’s first NFT drop ‘Africa is Limitless’ to celebrate the vastness of African nations and experience the breadth and beauty of Black humanity.
The drop consists of a total of 40 pieces with tracksuits featuring 25 combinations of textures and mixes inspired by the diverse heritage of countries in the continent of Africa. The drop will be available for sale and 40 per cent of the revenue of the drop will go to the Black Cultural Archives in Brixton, UK to collect, preserve and celebrate the story of people of African and Caribbean descent in the UK, BNV said on its website.
The prints of the ‘Africa is Limitless’ drop came from Ahluwalia SS23 Collection with inspiration from Africa and the nations within it.
