Sarkodie displays growth and shows off versatility on the new song produced by K.O. Freaky & Naughty serves as a follow-up to his last single, Try Me where the rapper threw heavy shade at actress, Yvonne Nelson over the explosive revelation in her new book about aborting their child. The most decorated Ghanaian rapper picks up the mic once again to unleash a different kind of flow and dope bars.

Controversy is nothing new to Doja Cat. Her social media posts last month about her followers generated strong opinions. However, it’s possible that she thrives on stirring up controversy. Doja ostensibly alludes to the emotional repercussions of the recent success she’s attained in her song Paint The Town Red, which is her latest release. Doja discusses fame, wealth, and pop stardom over a jazz-infused Dionne Warwick groove. She channels the devil she is continually portrayed as in the song’s music video, vanquishes demons both inwardly and outwardly in the video’s fictional realm, and establishes the rule of law.

Since becoming an internet sensation during the pandemic, renowned DJ, Uncle Waffles has continued to make her mark in the music industry globally. Her latest release is Echoes on which she features other South African musical sensations — Tony Duardo, Manana, and Lusanda. Ending a romantic relationship doesn’t always mean all love is lost. Usher’s new single, Good Good featuring Summer Walker and 21 Savage tells a nuanced story of a cordial breakup. Produced by Mel & Mus, Good Good plays like a love letter to a former lover. Usher opens the track with a bittersweet message to an ex about their failed relationship.
