JFrog Ltd. (NASDAQ: FROG), the company that serves millions of users and over 7,000 customers worldwide and is known for the JFrog Software Supply Chain Platform, has announced the promotion of Ed Grabscheid to the position of Chief Financial Officer, effective January 1, 2024. Mr. Grabscheid will join the leadership team, succeeding current CFO Jacob Shulman, who is leaving JFrog to explore another opportunity but may remain in an advisory capacity.
Shlomi Ben Haim, Co-Founder and CEO of JFrog, expressed his enthusiasm about Ed Grabscheid’s appointment as the new CFO, emphasizing Ed’s integral role in executing the company’s long-term growth strategy. He acknowledged Ed’s extensive financial experience and familiarity with the company, along with his previous experience as a CFO, making him well-suited to drive continued success and deliver long-term value to shareholders.
Ben Haim also thanked Jacob Shulman for his leadership and contributions during pivotal phases of the company’s journey, highlighting the strong finance team that has been built under his guidance.
Ed Grabscheid brings more than 25 years of financial expertise to his new role, with a track record of leadership in global finance, strategy, accounting, corporate reporting, and forecasting. He has been with JFrog since 2019, serving as Vice President of Finance and playing a significant role during the company’s IPO and its growth as a public entity. Before joining JFrog, Grabscheid served as CFO at Atlona, a leading global manufacturer of AV over IP distribution, connectivity, and control solutions. He has also held various finance and accounting positions at ServiceMax, Intermolecular, and Cisco.
Ed Grabscheid expressed his gratitude for the opportunity to contribute to JFrog’s significant growth over the past four years and thanked Jacob for his support and mentorship. He looks forward to joining Shlomi and the leadership team to build upon the company’s financial and operational foundation and deliver value to shareholders.
