INSBANK Appoints Peyton Green as CFO to Replace Mark Bruchas

INSBANK and its holding company, InsCorp, Inc. (OTCQX: IBTN), have welcomed Peyton Green as their new Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, succeeding Mark Bruchas, who retired in February after 17 years of service. Jim Rieniets, President & CEO of INSBANK, expressed confidence in Green’s abilities, noting his extensive experience in the financial services industry and familiarity with INSBANK’s operations.

With over 30 years of experience, Green seems to fit perfectly in the position. In the past, he served as an investment banker focusing on the financial services sector with Piper Sandler for over five years. His background also includes senior equity analyst roles at Piper, Sterne, Agee, and Leach, Inc., as well as FHN Financial. Having resided in INSBANK’s local market for over 22 years and graduated from the University of the South in nearby Sewanee, TN, Green is deeply rooted in the community.

Founded in 2000, INSBANK is owned by InsCorp, Inc., a Tennessee bank holding company, and is headquartered in Nashville, with an additional office in Brentwood. The appointment of Peyton Green as CFO reflects the bank’s commitment to continued growth and excellence in client service.
