After more than eight years of dedicated service as TFL Group CFO, Richard Fenton has come to the decision that, due to personal and career considerations, he would like to conclude his tenure with the TFL Group. The Board and Executive Team express their sincere gratitude to Richard for his outstanding contributions to TFL since he joined in 2015, and they extend their best wishes for his future endeavors.
TFL is delighted to announce the appointment of David Blatch as the new CFO, effective September 1st. David Blatch, currently serving as the Global Head of Controlling, is a highly capable and motivated professional who is well-suited to assume the CFO role. His expertise positions him to lead TFL’s continued growth as a thriving enterprise with a strong market presence.
“I would like to thank Richard for his outstanding contribution to TFL in the past years in his role as Chief Financial Officer. TFL has made significant progress under his leadership. Richard was also part of the core team in the due diligence to acquire the OLC business from Lanxess and successfully managed the integration of the two operational teams since the transaction closed on June 1st, 2021,” said Russell Taylor, CEO of the TFL Group.
