ashion Week came to the city of Paris and set the stage for a top-par conclusion to the eclectic month of fashion, which wraps up on Tuesday, March 5. For the occasion, the City of Lights called on celebs and demanded them to show up at their best, and the girls answered that call sporting beauty looks that hit hard. From the Balmain show to the sizzling Acne Studios, Black women rendered sass in premium makeup looks and hairstyles that triggered a standing ovation deserving of an impressive fashion month.

Zoe Saldana graced the Yves Saint Laurent show in a subtle makeup look that didn’t try too hard. From her whispy brows to the neutral eyeshadow and lips, the actress embodied the true definition of effortless slay.
As Saldana went the neutral route at YSL, Nigerian Afrobeats star, Ayra Starr made a case for colors at Off-White. For the show, “sabi girl” brought green to the fore in an Off-White coordination pumped up with green eyeshadow, a strong contour, and witchy lashes. To balance the bold equation, she finished the look with soft, glossy lips that added its flair to the makeup look.
