The BFC has announced that from 2024 fur is banned from the LFW schedule. The requirement was implemented for the 2024 application process. The schedule features both menswear and womenswear designers, with highlights including iconic British luxury brand Burberry, as well as 16Arlington, Alhuwalia, David Koma, Dilara Findikoglu, dunhill, Emilia Wickstead, Erdem, Eudon Choi, Fashion East, JW Anderson, KNWLS, Marques’Almeida, Molly Goddard, Richard Quinn, Roksanda, and Simone Rocha, BFC said in a press release.

Running from February 16-20 in a digital-physical hybrid format, LFW40 bans fur from 2024 onwards.
Notable designers featured include Burberry, 16Arlington, and JW Anderson.
BFC Newgen Show Space, supported by Selfridges, hosts emerging talents.
This season, the BFC Newgen Show Space will return to The Old Selfridges Hotel, thanks to the generous support of Selfridges. BFC Newgen designers on schedule include Aaron Esh, Ancuta Sarca, Chet Lo, Conner Ives, Derrick, DI Petsa, Feben, Harri, Helen Kirkum, Kazna Asker, Labrum London, Leo Carlton, Masha Popova, Paolo Carzana, Robyn Lynch, Saul Nash, Sine´ad O’Dwyer, The Winter House, Tolu Coker and yuhan wang.
The final physical and digital schedule will be released in January 2024 and will include further updates and specific information regarding the format and timings of each activation.
Returning this season is the LFW City Wide Celebration, a programme of events and activations open to the public over LFW.
