Amy Reisenbach to Lead CBS Entertainment

Amy Reisenbach has been named president of CBS Entertainment, where she will oversee the prime-time, daytime and late-night creative departments at the CBS Television Network.

Reporting to George Cheeks, president and CEO of CBS, Reisenbach’s remit includes comedy and drama development, alternative, specials, current programming, scheduling and casting. She succeeds longtime CBS Entertainment chief Kelly Kahl, who is exiting this December after 26 years with the network. Reisenbach joined CBS in 2005 as manager of current programs for CBS Studios. She was most recently executive VP of current programs, a post she has held since June 2017.

She also continues to be a strong proponent for diversity and inclusion and a key figure in the advancements CBS has made in front of and behind the camera in this area.”
