It’s the season of never-ending events, and last week’s range of occasions saw Black male celebrities from across the globe embrace a variety of eye-catching red carpet styles in both muted and stated grandeur. As celebrities set out to look their best this past week, tailored and quirky appearances took center stage.
The Looks
Celebrities favored clean cuts as well as silhouette-fitting outfits. For the 2022 ESPY Award which he hosted, NBA player and champion Steph Curry chose to represent Bottega Veneta in multiple looks. However, the one that stood out the most was the mint colored single breasted suit with the Bottega Veneta signature triangular pocket. His choice of footwear was a pair of black leather Bottega Veneta boots. Sticking to the minimalist theme, he accessorized simply with a silver Tiffany and Co. necklace.
Still in the spirit of red carpet styling, actor Kendrick Sampson stunned at the “Nope” premiere in a caramel brown Moschino suit with sequin and eyelet detailing — the perfect look for the viewing of an unconventional movie. He completed the look with a pair of structured white boots from Sunni Sunni Studio. Male Celebrities Red Carpet
While Black male celebrities tried to keep things a bit pared back last week, they still stood out in style, wearing outfits that definitely can and will stand the test of the season. Last week’s best dressed Black men wore the easy kind of pieces you could wear nonstop, all summer long.
