T
he art of dressing up may be good manners, but it doesn’t end there. It’s also a clever way to express individuality and creativity. The past week came with its own wave of fashion activities. Movie premieres presented opportunities for the stars to showcase their style, as laid-back gatherings added a relaxed rizz to the scenery. Silhouettes took an interesting turns, with bright hues being mostly soft-pedaled to accommodate other intricacies. Indeed, it’s a flex for the best-dressed female stars to have a glam team that understands their preferences and fine-tunes them for any occasion. The result was a slew of offerings hit the mark.
The Looks
Nothing to see here — just irregular proportions, gray tones in spring, and Regina King holding it down per usual. Whenever the star shows up, big energy is cued in. King was outside at the Louis Vuitton Voyager runway show in Shanghai rocking a unique outfit from the brand. The dual-gray fit featured a skirt with an asymmetric hemline and a padded turtleneck peplum jacket with exaggerated shoulders. The intricacies of the look were its distinctive flair, suitable for the King.
What do you do knowing your entire existence can change a music genre and group of people? You brag differently. The groundbreaking queen, Beyoncé looked the part in a monochrome SS23 Ferragamo look as she made rounds for Cowboy Carter in Japan. Neutral tones are still out here doing their thing in spring.
The Challengers movie press rounds have been a fashionable walkover for Zendaya and her stylist, Law Roach. At the photocall in Los Angeles, she wore a pink Jacquemus fit with a midriff cut-out that held together the collared shirt and flare midi skirt. She accentuated the girlie aesthetic with a pink headband and messy blonde hair. It gave feminine in its glory.
